Sessions range from $120-$145.

Trinity Counseling Center is a private-pay practice and does not bill or file claims with insurance companies. As a nonprofit counseling organization, we are committed to making quality mental health care accessible to our community. We believe that finances should not be an unnecessary barrier to receiving quality counseling. In keeping with our mission to serve the Tuscaloosa community, we offer a number of reduced-fee appointments through our sliding scale program.

Sliding scale fees are based on household income, financial need, and availability. Because these appointments are limited, eligibility is determined through a brief, confidential application.

At Trinity Counseling Center, we offer compassionate, individualized counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our services include individual counseling, couples and family counseling, group counseling, and specialized approaches such as EMDR. We work with clients experiencing a variety of emotional, relational, and life challenges, providing a supportive environment to help each person develop insight, build healthy coping skills, and move toward greater well-being.
