Meet Adrienne.

Adrienne Remmert is an Associate Licensed Counselor who is passionate about helping clients find healing, clarity, and growth. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in both clinical training and the deep wisdom that healing takes time, presence, and trust. She enjoys working with children, teens, college students, and adults, drawing on experience in both private practice and community mental health.

Adrienne has experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, attachment issues, relational challenges, neurodiverse children, emotional regulation, parenting concerns, trauma, and life transitions.

She earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University in Sterling, VA, with training in the integration of psychology, philosophy, and theology utilizing a Catholic-Christian framework. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and holds a certification in EMDR through The EMDR Institute.

Outside the counseling center, Adrienne is happiest spending time with her family. She and her husband, Luke, have been married for 17 years and have four children, ages 6 to 14. She loves the outdoors, curling up with a good romantic comedy, and staying active in fitness classes. She also shares her home with Penny, an adorable cavapoo who often joins her sessions as a therapy dog.

Whether working with a teen navigating school stress, a college student facing a major life transition, or an adult processing past trauma, Adrienne is committed to creating a space of warmth, trust, and genuine care. She would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing.
